These terms govern your use of the SiteHSE mobile application ("SiteHSE", "the app"), published by AuraTech ("we", "us"). By installing or using SiteHSE, you agree to these terms.
After a 7-day free trial, a single one-time purchase unlocks the full app for your personal or business use on the devices tied to your Google account, in accordance with Google Play's terms. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SiteHSE; we do not sell you the software itself.
SiteHSE is free to use for 7 days. After the trial, continued use requires the one-time in-app purchase. The purchase is a one-time payment — not a subscription — processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.
You are solely responsible for the sites, inspections, permits, toolbox talks, incident reports, worker records, evidence and documents you create with SiteHSE, and for keeping your own backups. Because everything is stored only on your device, deleting the app, losing the device, or a device fault may permanently remove your records. Use the in-app backup feature and keep copies of anything you may need to produce later.
SiteHSE is a tool for recording and documenting health-and-safety activity. It does not replace professional judgement, competent supervision, a qualified safety practitioner, or your legal duties. The offline regulations library and the templates supplied with the app are a convenience reference only: they are not legal advice, they may not reflect the current text of any regulation, and they do not guarantee compliance with any code, standard or regulatory regime in any jurisdiction. Always work from the authoritative published requirements that apply to your site. A permit issued, an inspection closed, or a talk recorded in SiteHSE is a record of what you did — it is not a certification that the work was safe or compliant. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for any decision taken on the basis of it.
SiteHSE lets you record information about workers and other individuals — names, employee IDs, contact details, photographs, certifications, signatures and incident details. You (and where applicable your employer) are responsible for collecting and holding that information lawfully, including any notice or consent your jurisdiction requires, and for securing the device on which it is held. AuraTech never receives or processes those records. See the Privacy Policy for how this works in practice.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent its purchase mechanism, or use it for any unlawful purpose — including falsifying a safety record.
SiteHSE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use SiteHSE. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
